  • Andres Rodriguez, Immigration Attorney

A recent relocation from his native Puerto Rico brought Mr. Rodriguez to New Orleans. An expert researcher and influential litigator, Mr. Rodriguez won a major victory for the firm and one of its clients at the New Orleans Immigration Asylum Office. The client’s case was based on persecution by Honduran gangs who threatened death to the client for opposed recruitment. The number of cases granted in the entire United States based on gang recruitment is less than a handful. Mr. Rodriguez’ attention to detail and broad range of experience allows him to perform the unimaginable for the clients. Adept at research, discovery, interrogatories, and the preparation of cases from discovery to trial phase ensure the firms’ immigration clients receive the best representation in New Orleans.
